Join us for our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony! Experience the magic of the holiday season as we gather to light up our beautifully decorated tree. Enjoy festive music, warm refreshments, and activities for the whole family. This joyful event marks the start of the holiday celebrations, so bring your loved ones and share in the spirit of the season. Don’t miss the special guest appearance from Santa, and be sure to capture the moment as we illuminate the night! We are accepting vendor applications for the event through November 19th. Vendor Opportunities:

We are excited to welcome vendors to participate in this year's Christmas Tree Lighting celebration! If you would like to join us as a vendor, please note the following important information:

-All vendors must complete a Vendor Application (email completed form to info@swmcchamber.com) and submit payment in full to be officially registered.

-Registration is non-refundable.

-To help ensure a variety of offerings and avoid duplicate vendor types, please view the list of already registered vendors before submitting your application.

Tinsel Takedown:

Is your organization willing to participate in our “Tinsel Takedown” Christmas Tree Decorating Contest? We are hoping to create an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to engage with our community through our 2nd Annual Tinsel Takedown. Our goal is to fill the John C. Williams Auditorium with Christmas trees and we need your help to make this happen! Proceeds from this event will go towards the Chamber’s Annual Christmas Giveback Campaign which provided Christmas toys for local children during the holiday season.

Decorating:

-Monday, November 17th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

-Must bring your own tree (any size & color) and decorations (no glass ornaments).

-You can choose your own theme (must be appropriate).

-Must break down Tuesday, November 18^th by 5:00 pm.

Voting:

-Will take place during our Christmas Tree Lighting on Monday, November 17th (5:30 pm to 7:30 pm).

-We encourage you to invite your employees and their families as there will be children’s activities.

-Each attendee will receive a ticket to vote for their favorite tree.

-Additional tickets available for $1.00 per ticket.

Participation:

-Free for Chamber Partners.

-$25.00 for outside organizations.

-Must be preregistered by Friday, November 7th.
