Raffle tickets for the SWMCC’s Annual Guns & Gifts Giveaway Raffle ticket sales will be open August 1st through October 31st. 

Ten guns and ten gifts will then be raffled off November 1st through November 10th. Winners will be selected through a digital drawing software and announced at 10:00 am each day (there will be one gun winner and one gift winner each day). All tickets are entered into the drawing each day, regardless of whether the ticket number was previously selected. This means that one ticket has the opportunity to win up to twenty times. There is a limit of 200 tickets that will be sold through the Chamber Office. 

Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the SWMCC Foundation, which provides scholarships for our T.A.L.L. students. Tickets can be purchased in the chamber office, through a Chamber Board Member, or on the chamber website. A list of this year’s guns can be found in the chamber office, on the event flyer, or on the chamber website. If you are interested in supporting the SWMCC Foundation, you can do so by participating in our 4th Annual Sporting Clays Shoot, purchasing a raffle ticket, or donating to “Split the Pot” at our monthly business luncheons. 

How to Purchase Your Raffle Ticket

1. Go to the Raffle Registration Link

2. Click the gray “Register” button

This will open the “Your Contact Information” tab.

3. Enter your email address

After entering your email, the system will request your full name. Enter your information and click “Continue” to proceed.

4. Select Your Registration Options

A new tab titled “Select Registration Options” will open. This is where you will select the number of raffle tickets you would like to purchase. Once you have selected your desired number of tickets, click “Continue.”

*Important Tip: If you are purchasing more than one ticket in the same person's name, the system may generate an error if the names are entered exactly the same. To avoid this, please abbreviate the names slightly for each ticket.*

• For example, if purchasing three tickets for John Doe, enter the ticket holders as: John Doe, John D., and J. Doe
• Don't worry! Once your purchase is received, our office will correct the names on the tickets.

5. Enter Attendee Information

The next tab will be “Attendee Information.” Enter the required information for each ticket holder, including their address and phone number, then click “Continue.”

6. Complete Your Registration

The final tab will be “Complete Registration.” Select the purchaser’s name from the drop-down menu and enter your credit card information.

7. Click “Pay Now” to finalize your purchase.
